Though still under construction, Bobcat Resort's New POOLSIDE Clubhouse is currently open for limited usage.
The building now has full power, but is still awaiting water/septic connection. Installation of a new septic system is now scheduled to
commence on Thursday, January 28th, and water reconnection will follow shortly thereafter.
The structure was physically moved on 12/16/2009 and restoration is still actively underway.
A new "green metal roof" was installed and completed on 1/13/2010.
A new 400-amp power supply to serve the Clubhouse area of the property was completed on 1/18/2010, and the building now has full
power.
Work that remains includes a new water connection and a new septic/drainfield system will be constructed shortly.
We are moving ahead on septic construction, currently getting quotes from contractors.
The Pool Room, our Card Playing/Gaming Room and our TV Lounge with Wood-Burning Fireplace are now all available for usage.
BOBCAT plans to build a full "covered" front deck on the poolside of the new Clubhouse deck during spring/summer season of 2010.
