New Maintenance Equipment (Scissor-Lift):
BOBCAT is grateful to an anonymous benefactor who gifted us with an
exciting piece of new maintenance equipment, a new scissor lift. Our
scissor lift is capable of vertically raising 40' into the air, enabling us to do
more effective tree trimming for those "hard to reach" branches so
troublesome to high-profile large RV rig owners.

| BOBCAT IS ACTIVELY UNDER CONSTRUCTION WITH A HOST OF NEW FACILITIES |
Clubhouse Deck Improvements:
Phase I of this new construction was now completed as of July 14th. This
first section includes a new "kitchen-side" deck and new 10' wide double
stairwell.
Future Deck Expansion work will continue on this project as funding
becomes available; that will include a future handicap ramp and a future
"full length" front deck; all planned to be constructed over the course of
this year.

New Poolside Entertainment Stage:
On October 10th, our work crew completed "Phase I" of the new show
stage, with platform, wall skeleton, and roof trussing now in place. The
stage will continue to grow as future funding funding becomes available;
including exterior walls and metal roofing and full electrical service.
Future phases planned include new stage lighting system, new sound
system, as well as other enhancements.

New Rental Accommodation - The Jungle Room:
Work was now completed on the new "JUNGLE ROOM", a new private
rental room located within our Clubhouse; which has a full shared kitchen,
a shared private bath and located close to the pool and hot-tub facilities.
