Located in sub-tropical southern Georgia, less than 5 miles north of the Florida state line,
BOBCAT RESORT is your perfect year round playground to have fun, meet people, socialize; or, if
you’d prefer, a great place to live full-time, or a place just simply relax, recharge and commune
with nature.

We attract a wide age range of young and mature adult visitors, with something to appeal to any
age group. BOBCAT is a vibrant spacious resort, without the maddening crowds found in many
other GLBT campgrounds, and our setting is truly beautiful.

BOBCAT is a private, clothing optional campground resort.

For your safety and security, BOBCAT RESORT is gated and fenced.
Our property is very discreet.

With over 250 widely divergent acres, BOBCAT RESORT is the largest residential GLBT
campground resorts in the southeastern USA, and one of the largest RV resorts of its kind in the
country.

BOBCAT is delightful blend of landscaped tropical gardens, gently rolling green meadows, thick
woodlands, placid fish ponds, peaceful trails, wide greenways and a large pristine wetland called
Stanley Bay. Our poolside entertainment zone has the look and feel of the tropics - with lush
tropical jungle gardens filled with tall banana trees, fragrant gingers, lacy papyrus, flowering
canna lilies, gigantic elephant ears, as well as many other tropical plants that sparkle and encase
the entire entertainment area. The balance of the property is filled with native flora and fauna and
a portion of the property is still actually farmed.

The poolside entertainment area and our Clubhouse are the main social gathering places at
BOBCAT.

For our RV travelers, access to BOBCAT RESORT is easy. All roadways leading to the RESORT
are paved, wide and fairly level and our internal road system is also well graded, well drained and
kept in good maintenance. Tree canopies over our roadways and over our RV sites are trimmed
regularly to provide good clearance for all “big rigs”. We offer 10 “full service sites”; each with 30-
50 AMPS, water and full septic connection. We also offer 60 “water and electric only” sites, that
can be serviced either by our “honey wagon” or you can use the FREE dump station for your
convenience.

BOBCAT RESORT is high and dry, so there is no worry about flooding that affect many other
parks.

Weather-wise, winters at BOBCAT are short and mild. Daily winter temperatures here are typically
warmer than in the nearby cities of Tallahassee and Gainesville, FL. Spring and autumn seasons
are both fairly long, pleasant and filled with rich seasonal color. Summers here are typically
sunny, warm and verdant.

BOBCAT is conveniently located and less than a 10 minute drive away from downtown Quitman,
GA, where many local services are available. We are less than a half hour drive from both
Thomasville and Valdosta. GA, where many fine restaurants and larger stores, such as WalMart,
Sam's Club, Lowe's and Home Depot can be found. Big city amenities can be found in nearby
Tallahassee, FL, which is less than an hour away.

Interstate 10 and 75 are both within 25 miles, making BOBCAT easily accessible from the
Jacksonville, Atlanta, Tampa Bay, Pensacola and the Orlando metro areas.
