Sitting on a huge tract of land, BOBCAT RESORT is delightful blend of tropical
gardens, gently rolling green meadows, thick woodlands, placid fish ponds, peaceful
trails, wide green ways and a large pristine wetlands. While our poolside
entertainment zone and new Clubhouse are the main social gathering places in the
resort, our scenic wetlands, quiet green-ways and thick woodlands are less visited but
stunningly beautiful...and reflect the peaceful side of the resort.
The property is abuzz with wildlife, particularly during the fall and winter seasons.
After a gentle rain, tree frogs sing in harmony. At dawn and dust, deer, foxes and
otters mammals frolic and play in our pastures and meadows. Large flocks of egret,
heron, sandhill cranes, wood storks, as well as owls and red-tailed hawks frequently
fill the sky...and in the more remote back reaches of the property, safely tucked away
back in our Stanley Bay portion of the campground, alligators and other wilder game
can be also found, close enough to easily visit, but safely away from the main
camping areas.
So, if you need a place to CHILL OUT and recommune with yourself; visit the quieter
sides of BOBCAT RESORT and reconnect with nature once again.
