  • BOBCAT RESORT is striving to be THE PREMIER CAMPGROUND RESORT  "catering" to the entire ADULT Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual and Transgendered community.  
  • Our goal is to provide a SAFE and FUN environment for EVERYONE, in a clean, attractive setting offered at reasonable prices.
  • All adults, whether male or female, straight or gay, are welcomed here, provided they are RESPECTFUL of all other members.
Campground Notices, Guidelines and Rules
RESPECT OTHERS:
  • Treat others with RESPECT, DIGNITY and DECORUM at all time.
  • Please, don't have YOUR FUN at someone else's expense.  EVERYONE is here to enjoy themselves.
  • Racial labels and gender derogatory labels are HIGHLY OFFENSIVE to  many other people....please keep any
    such comments/labels to yourself.
  • Please refrain from GOSSIP or HOLDING COURT..... NO ONE really enjoys being around pretentious queens!  
  • Violence towards other, either verbal or physical, is not tolerated.
  • When you have issues with another party's behavior, please address your issue directly with that other
    party....and/or, report it to management.
  • "NO" or "NO THANK YOU" means just that....please don't persist when others aren't interested.

USAGE OF ILLICIT DRUGS:
  • We are a ZERO-DRUG TOLERANT campground.  
  • Anyone violating this policy will be asked to leave.

PETS:
  • We are a “pet-friendly” campground and we welcome your “little ones”.
  • We offer several areas to walk and exercise your pets.
  • When on the grounds, please keep your pets under your control at all times, keep them on a leash when
    necessary, so as to not disturb other guests
  • Please, PICKUP after your pet's waste while on property.  
  • Wildlife on the grounds can present hazards to your pets....we have many predatory animals here in South
    Georgia.  You are responsible for their safety.
  • Our POOL /WI-FI Zone and adjacent lawn areas are "food & barefoot play areas"....as such, we ask you honor
    them as "PET-FREE" environments.
  • Most of our buildings, including our Clubhouse, are "PET-FREE" areas.  
  • For pet owners wanting to spend time in one of our accommodations with their pet(s), please note that pets
    are welcomed in our CABIN accommodations.
  • Tenters and RV Owners are encouraged to bring their pets along with them during their stay.

CIGARETTE/PIPE and CIGAR SMOKING:
  • All of our accommodations and common usage buildings are SMOKE-FREE.
  • Please use ashtrays  and other trash containers to properly dispose of your smoking litter.

NUDITY GUIDELINES:
  • For the most part, we are a "CLOTHING OPTIONAL" facility, in most locations within the gated area of our
    property.
  • Our Clubhouse is an exception....please wear appropriate clothing and shoes in our Clubhouse.
  • If you choose to be nude, please carry and use a towel.  Place towel between you and any of our furnishings
    before sitting down.

DAY PASSES:
  • Day Passes are typically in effect from 9am till 9pm.  Exceptions maybe made during special holiday weekends
    with late night entertainment.
  • Please vacate the property at the appropriate time, or convert your daypass into an overnight
    accommodation.

VEHICLE USAGE/VEHICLE PARKING:
  • Please drive safely and at a safe speed....we have many pedestrians on property.
  • Speed Limit is 10 MPH or less on all roadways within our property.
  • Certain areas, like the Pool Zone, have vehicle restrictions....and these include golf cart restrictions.
  • Travel only on designed traveled ways.
  • Please don't drive through RV spaces and other non-travel areas.  
  • We have many septic systems on property, which have drainage fields subject to vehicular damage.

CHECK OUT TIME FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS:
  • 11 am the following day.  
  • Visitors wanting to extend their stay beyond check-out are expected to obtain an additional day pass.

POOL & HOT-TUB AREA RULES:
  • Per Georgia State Statute; GLASSWARE is prohibited in the pool and hot-tub areas.
  • We have no lifeguards on duty, so swim and use the pool and hot-tub at your own risk.  
  • Hot-tub usage can present a hazard to certain people with health conditions.
  • Open sexuality in the pool, hot-tub, other public spaces or restroom facilities, is not tolerated.
  • Please shower before using our HOT-TUB or POOL....especially to remove sun tan oils and other skin
    treatments beforehand.

LITTER:
  • Help us GLITTER - PLEASE pickup your litter.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PREPAYMENT REFUNDS:
  • Non-Holiday Reservations:  3 day cancellation notice is required.
  • Holiday Weekend Reservations:  2 week cancellation is required.

FISHING AND HUNTING:
  • Fishing is permitted at BOBCAT RESORT in our Emerald Pond.  Please either "catch and release" or "catch and
    eat" your catch.
  • Hunting is only allowed ONLY by special permission of the resident owner/manager.  Otherwise, hunting our
    grounds are prohibited.
  • Applicable State of Georgia licenses and seasons, may be required

OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
  • Please refrain from walking through, or otherwise disturbing planted campground garden areas.
  • Please refrain from moving campground furnishings, especially in the pool area.
  • Please refrain from touching or changing campground musical, video and other entertainment devices
    without first receiving approval from Management.
  • Please refrain from applying any chemicals to our pool or hot-tub.
  • Please note that BOBCAT has a "quiet time"....normally between MIDNIGHT and 8 am.
